          礦山設備中哪些應用到熱處理

                 礦山設備包括球磨機、挖掘機、掘進機、給料機、磨粉機等,廣泛運用于礦山、冶煉、建材、公路、鐵路、水利和化學工業等眾多部門。由于礦山設備的作業環境惡劣,受振動、沖擊、磨擦、磨損、化學介質腐蝕等因素影響,要求礦山設備要有一定的耐磨性、耐腐蝕、抗沖擊等性能,為達到這些要求,熱處理就顯得尤為重要。

          1.熱處理工藝
          礦山機械的絕大部分零部件都需要熱處理,只是很多關鍵部件的熱處理要求較為嚴格、特殊,礦山機械零部件的熱處理工藝和一般的機械零部件的熱處理工藝差不多,通過改變工件內部的顯微組織,或改變工件表面的化學成分,賦予或改善工件的使用性能。本文會利用在平常工作中的幾個典型零部件的熱處理工藝,和大家一起探討整體熱處理、表面熱處理和化學熱處理等在礦山機械上的應用。

          2.工件的預先熱處理

          礦山設備工件的預先熱處理有退火、正火、調質三類。礦山設備通常外形比較龐大,其組成部件,如箱體、外筒、大齒輪等都屬于大件。其中大件以調質(淬火加高溫回火)工藝最為復雜,淬火時受到鋼的淬透性、散熱條件以及淬火介質的限制,加之大件內部缺陷較多,在熱處理過程中會產生較大內應力,加大工件的變形量和工件開裂的危險性。因此,大件調質用階梯升溫加熱方式, 淬火冷卻可采用水冷, 雙液淬火等方式,要及時回火,并控制其升溫速度及冷卻方式。下面為半齒輪調質實例簡單介紹。

          熱處理

Due to the poor working environment of mining equipment, affected by vibration, impact, friction, wear, chemical medium corrosion and other factors, mining equipment is required to have certain wear resistance, corrosion resistance, impact resistance and other properties. In order to meet these requirements, heat treatment is particularly important.

          1. Heat treatment process
                Most parts of mining machinery need heat treatment, but the heat treatment requirements of many key parts are relatively strict and special. The heat treatment process of mining machinery parts is similar to that of general mechanical parts. The service performance of the workpiece can be given or improved by changing the microstructure inside the workpiece or changing the chemical composition of the surface of the workpiece. This paper will use the heat treatment process of several typical parts in ordinary work to discuss the application of overall heat treatment, surface heat treatment and chemical heat treatment in mining machinery.

          2. Pre heat treatment of workpiece
                The pre heat treatment of mining equipment workpieces includes annealing, normalizing and quenching and tempering. Mining equipment is usually large in shape, and its components, such as box, outer cylinder and large gear, belong to large parts. Among them, the quenching and tempering (quenching and high temperature tempering) process is the most complex for large parts. During quenching, it is limited by the hardenability of steel, heat dissipation conditions and quenching medium. In addition, there are many internal defects in large parts, which will produce large internal stress during heat treatment, increasing the deformation of workpiece and the risk of workpiece cracking. Therefore, the step heating method is used for quenching and tempering of large parts, and the water cooling and double liquid quenching methods can be used for quenching and cooling. Tempering shall be carried out in time, and the heating rate and cooling method shall be controlled. The following is a simple example of gear tempering.
